English breakfast tea is made from a blend of 3 different types of tea (Ceylon, Kenyan and Indian). The Ceylon provides a smooth and mellow flavour. The Kenyan gives the tea its medium to full body and slightly fruity aroma. The Indian adds depth and richness to the tea in addition to giving it a lighter body in comparison to the other teas.
